牙医（虽然是印度人但会华语几个单字）

医生说我牙龈很弱所以出血很多

我一吐全是血

呼。。。是污垢还是血条？

牙医说半年一次就不会那么痛

叫我忍忍

她不会随便做因为怕十年后我没牙齿。。。

牙医那的服务真的很好！！！！

11am 就好了...回家

牙齿Scaling了感觉轻松了（有点痛但不会是很“痛”）

只是那天吃时有点不能咬硬的。。隔天就OK了

Nippon paint we buy 1L RM32---super nice to paint n the quality seem nice

The Cheaper 1L RM16 ---The paint will drop it if take too much > hard to control

The paint use for steel really cannot use in the wall 

Anywhere it not spoil...i m quite satisfy for it
